For Those Who Want Serious Results

Our circuit training class is a high intensity training routine that targets different muscle groups in the entire body with minimal amounts of rest periods. By alternating various exercises, we aim to keep your heart rate up and really work your metabolism at a high level.

In this program you’ll do a series of upper-body and lower-body movements – things like squats, sit-ups, pull-ups, pushups, jumps, lunges, squats, planks and more – in sequence and one right after the other.

Circuit training has show to vastly increase the rate of oxygen transfer in the body which, in turn, is a key elements to maintaining a higher metabolism and burning off excess fat tissue.
