Get Movin’ & Get Burning

K-Dance (also known as Kpop) is fast becoming a widely popular fitness program that coordinates dance moves and muscle conditioning to upbeat and fast-paced music.

Unlike other dance fitness programs like Zumba or Salsa, K-Dance is faster paced and really works your cardiovascular system at a much higher level. In addition, the dance moves and fitness routines we’ve built into our program require coordination and flow into each other by utilizing the rythem of the beat. In short – you’ll need to keep up!

Our Hip-Hop / K-Dance programs are high energy and fast-paced and help burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories in a single session. They are excellent for weight loss and toning.
