A Fun & Energizing Workout

Our Power Hour Fitness Workouts are facilitated in a small group class settings and aim to burn the maximum amount of calories possible in the shortest amount of time. Our classes are cated to all levels and are small enough that each participant receives one-on-one attention and coaching from the instructor.

Using a variety of fitness equipment and activities such as free weights, bosus, stability balls, core exercises and more – we you build up your cardiovascular strength, improve your muscular physique and enhance your overall endurance.

In addition, many class participants realize immense benefits in their ability to sustain balance and vitality through the functional training methods we teach.
